DESCRIPTION:In this interactive workshop\, participants will be introduced to a baseline understanding of after-school programming which includes key elements/concepts that can be used to improve program quality. Participants will learn best practices for classroom management\, activity observations\, compliance\, and incident reporting. Participants will also develop a baseline understanding of how to work/engage students in various grade bands. \nSchool-Age Child Care training regulations satisfied: 3 \nLocation: Remote.
