DESCRIPTION:Description: This training provides youth development professionals with an overview of age-specific developmental milestones across cognitive\, social\, and emotional domains. Participants will learn to recognize typical growth patterns\, identify when additional support may be needed\, and design age-appropriate activities that align with children’s developmental stages. By applying these practices\, staff can better meet individual needs and enhance the learning and well-being of the young people they serve. \n  \nSchool-Age Childcare training regulations satisfied: 3                              Please note that active participation during the session is required in order to receive letters of completion.
