SUMMARY:Pathways Working Group Meeting Late Spring 2023
DESCRIPTION:ExpandED Schools has invested in diversifying the teacher pipeline through its Pathways Fellowship and other workforce development initiatives. This group will allow stakeholders to engage in dynamic and evolving conversation on this topic that will lead to network connections and problem-solving.  We will continue our pre-resource mapping work during this meeting as well as welcome new attendees. \nThe overall objectives of this group are:  \n\nto create a network of organizations that are involved in the teacher pipeline\nto connect these organizations so that students receive resources and support throughout their career journey\nto address barriers to entry and retention for BIPOC educators\n\nThis is a virtual event held on Zoom.
