DESCRIPTION:Becoming a trusted adult in a school building or youth development program is the goal for new and experienced educators. This session will give attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the spoken and unspoken rules and practices good teachers follow (or work to change) in their teaching environments. Attendees will learn about developing routines and mindsets that make your classroom productive and safe. The session will also include information about the tasks that are expected of educators and how to manage them.
