The workshop establishes guidelines and a framework for working with ELLs\, and the presenters introduce skills and strategies for helping youths to plan\, write\, design\, and publish original comic books with a focus on English acquisition. The workshop will provide participants with no-cost\, web-based resources that can help them lead their own comic book clubs with additional supports for English language learners.
