CS 101: Introduction to Creative Computing


Monday, March 9, 2020 - 9:30am to 12:30pm



Introduction to Creative Computing is the perfect starting point for introducing computation at your program-site. In this session, participants will be introduced to Computer Science fundamentals and 21st century skills by participating in computational thinking activities. Participants will use Scratch, a free visual programming language. Attendees will also be introduced to the Creative Computing curriculum and learn best practices in technology management.

(Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and a prompt start to the training)

Target Audience:  Site Directors, Assistant Directors, Site Supervisors, Ed Specialist/ Instruction Coordinators, Community Educators/ Line Staff, Teachers

If the individual responsible for the original registration fails to notify ExpandED Schools of the cancellation, ExpandED Schools reserves the right to invoice the CBO for the per-person training cost.
