SUMMARY:Discussion and Planning of Group Capstone Projects
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we will review the work and content that has been discussed within the previous workshops\, highlighting key concepts that will support the creation of capstone projects. The goal of capstone projects are to showcase and apply the literacy work\, skills and takeaways culminated from this series taking ideas from concepts to implementation. \nLiteracy Educators will create their capstone project under the theme\, “Characterization.” They will be introduced to the requirements of the capstone project and will begin planning their work in small groups for their final presentation on June 14\, 2022\, around the given theme. Educators will walk away with an informed way of instruction and support their students in producing project-based learning in book clubs.
