As Youth Development Workers\, we understand that conflicts can arise even in well-managed environments. Learn how to navigate conflict cycles\, intervene before escalation\, and de-escalate crises while maintaining safe and empowering spaces for young participants. Our session will also cover coaching techniques to foster problem-solving and self-regulation skills in youth. \nSchool-Age Childcare training regulations satisfied: 3 \nPlease note that active participation during the session is required in order to receive letters of completion.
