This 1.5-hour live virtual session will be facilitated by a Change Up Learning expert. \nTopic Overview:\n In this session\, you’ll explore how communication styles impact relationship-building and learn essential skills to enhance your professional interactions. Designed for educators\, youth workers\, and counselors\, this training emphasizes trauma-informed and healing-centered communication techniques. Participants will learn key skills such as reflective listening\, empathetic engagement\, and de-escalation strategies.
