Participants will explore methods to evaluate performance\, measure growth\, and make data-driven adjustments that keep programs on track. \n\n\nLeadership Transitions: Learn strategies for maintaining continuity during staff or leadership changes\, supporting teams\, and minimizing disruption to students and operations. \n\n\nAttendees will leave with actionable tools to monitor program progress effectively and manage leadership transitions smoothly\, ensuring sustained quality and impact in afterschool programs.
