Youth Development 101: Ages and Stages

To effectively support and work with young people in after school spaces, we must understand their needs. During this session, participants will explore factors that impact how youth develop, discuss physical, cognitive, emotional and psychological changes and needs at different stages and identify practices for supporting positive youth development in their programs.

(Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and a prompt start to the training)

Target Audience:  Site Directors, Assistant Directors, Site Supervisors, Ed Specialist/ Instruction Coordinators, Community Educators/ Line Staff, Teachers

Cancellation Notice

If you are unable to attend the training and are sending an appropriate staff member as a replacement OR if you are canceling your registration, please notify Taejha Richardson within 72 hours (or 3 business days) of the scheduled training. If the individual responsible for the original registration fails to notify ExpandED Schools of the cancellation, ExpandED Schools reserves the right to invoice the CBO for the per-person training cost.
