Thank you to all who supported and attended this year’s ExpandED Schools Spring Gala. Your presence, generosity, and commitment to New York City’s young people made the evening meaningful.

We celebrated the power of expanded learning opportunities and the shared responsibility to ensure every young person has the support they need to thrive. Through enrichment, career-connected learning, and high-impact tutoring, ExpandED Schools continues to connect thousands of students and families each year to experiences that strengthen academic achievement.

We were proud to honor longtime board member and education champion Randy Nelson and to celebrate Quinton Ervin, a leader in the afterschool field. Their dedication reflects the impact that thoughtful leadership and sustained investment can have on young people and the communities that support them.

As we reflect on the evening, we are reminded that the need for this work remains urgent. Too many young people across our city still lack access to the academic support, enrichment, and opportunities they deserve. There is still time to make an impact.
