Summer burnout is a real thing! Although it’s sunny, warm, and fun in the summer, some of us experience summer burnout. Have you or your staff been experiencing exhaustion, lack of motivation, poor performance, negative attitudes, or absenteeism? These are classic examples of burnout. This seminar will:
- Help identify burnout in yourself and others
- Provides strategies to decrease and/or eliminate summer burnout
- Ways to be proactive to avoid burnout
