Open to DYCD-funded sites. Target Audience: Community Educators/ Line Staff, Activity Specialists, Ed. Specialists/ Instruction Coordinators, Site Supervisors and Site Directors.

Description

This virtual session is designed to offer tools to help staff understand the importance of building agency in STEM with youth. To prepare youth for future STEM careers, they need to see themselves in, and connect to that world. Participants will be equipped with an understanding of STEM Identity and tools to lead youth in developing their own STEM Identities.
