Meeting Topic: Intentional & Engaging Activities Design: Starting With Orientation and Ending With the Culminating Event
Description: Now that we know what our outcomes are, we have to make sure the activities in our program move participants towards successfully achieving those outcomes. Participants are more likely to achieve outcomes when they are engaged in the program and not just attending the program. How can we be intentional in creating meaningful roles for participants in the program?
