DESCRIPTION

Description: This interactive workshop equips educators with strategies to design lesson plans that not only meet learning objectives but also spark curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. With literacy as the anchor, participants will learn how to weave reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills into any subject area. Through hands-on activities, collaborative challenges, and real-world examples, educators will leave with ready-to-use lesson structures, fresh ideas for active student engagement, and a toolkit of literacy-rich strategies that work for diverse learners.

School-Age Childcare training regulations satisfied: 3                              Please note that active participation during the session is required in order to receive letters of completion. Letters of completion can only be distributed to participants whose identities are verified.

Location: This training will be held remotely. A participation link will be emailed to registered attendees. Please note that cameras are expected to remain on during the workshop.
