Join us for an in-depth session designed for afterschool leaders in obtaining practical strategies to strengthen program outcomes in two critical areas:

SMART Goals: Focus on monitoring progress and tracking outcomes to ensure programs are advancing as intended. Participants will explore methods to evaluate performance, measure growth, and make data-driven adjustments that keep programs on track.

Leadership Transitions: Learn strategies for maintaining continuity during staff or leadership changes, supporting teams, and minimizing disruption to students and operations.
Attendees will leave with actionable tools to monitor program progress effectively and manage leadership transitions smoothly, ensuring sustained quality and impact in afterschool programs. Breakfast will be provided.
