DESCRIPTION

Building social emotional learning (SEL) competencies in students is directly linked to positive student outcomes. In this session, attendees will learn the definition of social emotional learning and its associated competencies. Learning how to develop social emotional competencies in students of different ages will also be covered. Attendees will also be introduced to tools used to track SEL competencies and basic interventions.
