Join us on December 10th in person at the ExpandED Schools Office, 218 W. 40th Street, 12th Floor. New York, NY 10018, from 9:00 am -12:00 pm for a dynamic work session focused on plot.
Plot is the backbone of every story—the sequence of events that builds tension and resolution. Understanding plot helps students see how stories are structured and why certain events matter.
This session will focus on:
- Vocabulary – key terms like exposition, climax, and resolution.
- Building Background Knowledge – connecting familiar stories and media to plot structure.
- Skill Building – guiding students in mapping and crafting plots that keep readers engaged.
Please note: Registration will close on Thursday, December 4th. All attendees must register.
