Open to All. This session is best for people who want to learn about the competencies and people new to youth development and education.

DESCRIPTION

In this introductory session, attendees will learn about each of the CASEL 6 social emotional competencies. Basic strategies to use with students will be included.

This course is a companion to “Building Social Emotional Competencies in Youth” which covers best practices and strategies in more detail.
