ExpandED Schools has invested in diversifying the teacher pipeline through its Pathways Fellowship and other workforce development initiatives. This group will allow stakeholders to engage in dynamic and evolving conversation on this topic that will lead to network connections and problem-solving. We will continue our pre-resource mapping work during this meeting as well as welcome new attendees.
The overall objectives of this group are:
- to create a network of organizations that are involved in the teacher pipeline
- to connect these organizations so that students receive resources and support throughout their career journey
- to address barriers to entry and retention for BIPOC educators
