Topic: Being Thoughtful in Our Recruitment Strategies Description: While forming partnerships with schools is important, sometimes we lean in too much to these partnerships and unintentionally marginalize young people from our programs. How can we continue to develop relationships that allow us to cast as large a net as possible when recruiting new participants.
