In this interactive workshop, participants will be introduced to a baseline understanding of after-school programming which includes key elements/concepts that can be used to improve program quality. Participants will learn best practices for classroom management, activity observations, compliance, and incident reporting. Participants will also develop a baseline understanding of how to work/engage students in various grade bands.
